Apostle Carletha Maria Oliver was born in Savannah, Georgia to Mr. Willie Oliver Jr. and Mrs. Estella Oliver. She was reared in a Christian home and is the middle child of nine children. She is a mother of two beautiful young women; Lakeysha known as Candy and Charmia.
Apostle Oliver is a born again Christian of 23 years. Her primary spiritual gift is Evangelism. In
her early childhood, she served as a youth and praise worship leader at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church in Ellabell, Georgia. As God rewarded her for the labor of love she had shown toward the Body of Christ, she was ordained in 2001 as a Minister of the Gospel by Prophet Scottie Lee Johnson at Seed, Time, and Harvest Ministry in Jessup, Georgia. Then, she was sent to learn greater spiritual administration and she was appointed to serve as the Chief Intercessor Prayer Warrior at Full Gospel Church of God in Christ in Hinesville, Georgia for three years. There she taught the fundamental strategies of prayer and Godly living based on Biblical principles every Saturday to the Full Gospel's Intercessory Prayer Team and served under the leadership of Bishop Larry Shaw during her tenure. In 2014, she was ordained as an Elder by Pastor Paul McClendon at No Greater Love Ministry in Largo, Maryland. Her life long walk with God has been evident to her friends and family as she flows prophetically in revelational wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. As she prayerfully accepts the Pastoral Office at The Truth Deliverance Center, her heart is open to be spirit led in disciplining God’s people, assisting them in understanding their spiritual identify, and catapulting them into their destiny.
Presently, she is employed by the Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) in Falls Church, Virginia as a Patient Administration Subject Matter Expert contractor for the OTSG Patient Administration Department. She has has been employed by The OTSG Behavioral Health Department for three years and by the OTSG Patient Administration Department for one year. In addition, she is an Army Veteran and has served her country for thirteen years as a Patient Administration Specialist.
Educationally, she received her Masters’ Degree in Human Relations from University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma; Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii; and Associates Degree in Pre-Nursing from Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia. She completed a Veteran Counseling Certification with Anne Arundel Community College. Also, the State of Maryland’s Board of Professional Counselor’s Therapist has issued Pastor Oliver an Alcohol and Drug Trainee Employment Authorization Certificate to practice Behavioral Health Counseling under a license clinician. Also, she is preparing to take the Maryland State Board Exam for the Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Spring 2017.
As an entrepreneur, she was a business owner and Chief Executive Officer of Someone Cares Counseling Services, (SCCS) Inc. in Hinesville, Georgia. SCCS was a behavioral health agency that provided intensive in-home counseling services to children and adolescents with behavioral health disabilities for 4 years and throughout 15 counties. In addition, she has 10 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Counselor.
Lastly, she is an author of a Christian book titled, “Exceptional.” In this short, fictional novel, one is captivated by intricate details of the environment, wholeseome Christian family living, and the unexpected life crisis which occurred. As events unfold, one moment in time, their lives were changed, forever. The culmination of events in this story is unimaginable, yet they are true! While this family’s lifestyle was based on strong Biblical principles, their faith was literally tested and tried by fire. Yet, their faith never waivered from their confession that God is too wise to make even one mistake!
